Store Credit & Exchange Guidelines

At Inhabit Clothing & Home, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If something is not quite right, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and a request for store credit must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Please note that all purchases from our sale section, blowout items, promotional events, or any order placed using a discount code are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or issued store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non refundable. Shipping costs for exchanged items are also the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are subject to a 1 to 3 business day processing time.

Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes between 2 to 8 business days depending on your location. We ship with trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Local pickup is available at our storefront in Warman, Saskatchewan. Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours, and you will receive a notification once your order is ready. If you require your order sooner, please feel free to contact us and we will always do our best to accommodate.

We also offer local delivery to select surrounding areas. Delivery availability and timelines will be shown at checkout.

For our U.S. customers, all orders include tracking. Delivery typically takes approximately 5 to 10 business days depending on location and customs processing times.
